# Claiming

ZeroTick rewards you for taking part: completing tasks, trading, referring friends, and more. Every reward is collected in one place. This guide shows where each type of reward lives and how you claim it.

All claiming happens under **Rewards**. Points are claimed on the **Rewards** tab, and competition prizes on the **Competition** tab. You need to be signed in.

#### Claim your points

Points are the reward for completing tasks and quests. Claiming points is live: once a task is ready, you collect its points on the Rewards tab.

**Open the Rewards tab**

In the Rewards area, select the **Rewards** tab (the star icon). This is the page that holds your claim cards, not the **Tasks & quests** tab.

**Find the Claimable Points card**

The **Claimable Points** card shows your available points. It counts every task currently marked as ready to claim.

**Press Claim points**

Press **Claim points**. ZeroTick collects every ready task in one action.

Your points move to your Points total and count toward your Airdrop score. Points are loyalty benefits and do not affect your trading fees.

You can start claiming from either page. When you have points ready, the **Tasks & quests** tab shows a "rewards ready to claim" banner with a **Claim in Rewards** link that brings you to the Rewards tab.

#### Your USDC reward balances

Below the points row, the Rewards tab holds three USDC reward balances. Each one accrues automatically as you use ZeroTick.

| Card               | What it tracks                                           |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Trading Rebate** | Cashback on your own trading fees                        |
| **Referral Fees**  | Your share of your referrals' trading fees               |
| **Copy Trade**     | Your share of performance fees from traders who copy you |

Each card shows an available balance, a **Pending this period** row, a **Claimed (all-time)** row, and its own claim button: **Claim rebate**, **Claim referral fees**, and **Claim copy rewards**.

These three balances are tracked as you use ZeroTick but are not payable yet. You cannot withdraw them today, and no amount, payout, or timing is promised. Referral Fees are among the payouts planned to go live; the Trading Rebate (cashback) depends on the ZTCK token and will not be live.

#### Claim a competition prize

Competitions are periodic events. When none is running you see **Competitions coming soon**. A prize appears to claim only after you take part in a competition that ends with you in a paying position.

**Open the Competition tab**

In the Rewards area, select the **Competition** tab.

**Press Claim reward**

When you have a prize waiting, the **Claim reward** button at the top of the page becomes active. Press it to open the claim window. If a newer competition has already started, the button reads **Claim previous reward** instead.

**Claim your reward**

The **Claim rewards** window lists each prize with its amount and wallet. Press **Claim** on the one you want to collect.

**Confirm the claim**

Review the competition, amount, and wallet, then press **Confirm claim**.

You see a confirmation, and the prize appears in your claim history at the bottom of the window.

#### What if

<summary>My claim button is greyed out</summary>

A claim button turns on only when there is a balance to collect. **Claim points** activates when you have tasks ready to claim. The USDC buttons are not active yet, since reward payouts are not live. If a card shows a "Next claim in N days" note, that program is between claim cycles.

<summary>Where do my USDC rewards go when I claim?</summary>

Reward payouts are not live yet. Your Trading Rebate, Referral Fees, and Copy Trade balances are tracked but are not payable, and no amount, payout, or timing is promised. Referral Fees are among the payouts planned to go live; the Trading Rebate (cashback) depends on the ZTCK token and will not be live. You cannot withdraw these balances today.

<summary>Where do my creator earnings go?</summary>

Creator earnings from a token you launch are paid to you directly, on-chain, by the launchpad your token uses. They are not a ZeroTick balance you claim on this page, so they are not part of the reward balances above.

<summary>My claimable points aren't on the Tasks &#x26; quests tab</summary>

Points are always claimed on the **Rewards** tab, not on Tasks & quests. When points are ready, Tasks & quests shows a banner with a **Claim in Rewards** link that takes you to the right place.
