# Rewards & Quests

Most platforms tie rewards to how many tokens you hold. ZeroTick ties them to what you do: completing tasks, trading, launching, referring, and sharing. These are loyalty benefits for using the platform, not yield, profit sharing, or a promise of tokens. This page explains how the Rewards area is organized, how you earn and claim points, and what the other reward balances are.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Rewards area lives at `/rewards` and opens once you sign in. For the click-by-click steps, see the [Tasks and quests](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/tasks-and-quests) and [Claiming](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/claiming) guides.

### The Rewards area

The Rewards area has four sections, reached from the row of pills at the top of the page.

| Section | What it is for |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Tasks & quests** | The tasks you complete to earn points. This is the default view when you open Rewards. |
| **Competition** | Trading competitions you can enter, with live rankings and a prize pool. |
| **Rewards** | Your points, rank, Airdrop score, and every reward you can claim. |
| **Leaderboard** | Where you stand against other users, ranked by points. |

{% hint style="info" %}
Two sections have similar names. **Tasks & quests** is where you complete tasks. **Rewards** is where you claim what you have earned.
{% endhint %}

### Earning points with tasks and quests

Tasks are grouped into categories, and each completed task adds points to your total. The categories are:

| Category       | What it covers                                                                                                   |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Onboarding** | One-time setup steps, such as your first deposit, setting up your profile, and adding a token to your watchlist. |
| **Trading** | Trading milestones, such as your trade count, volume, and active days. Unlocks after your first valid trade. |
| **Launchpad** | Creator milestones for launching a token and getting it to graduate. |
| **Referrals** | Inviting people who sign up and trade. |
| **Social**     | Sharing projects on X.                                                                                           |
| **Tracking** | Following wallets for trading insights. |

Tasks come in a few shapes: one-time tasks you finish once, milestone tasks that step up as you go (for example, a trade-count ladder), and repeatable tasks that pay out each time you complete them. A task moves through a short lifecycle: available, in progress, then claimable once you finish it, and completed after you claim.

{% hint style="info" %}
When a task is ready, it shows a **Ready to claim in Rewards tab** note, and a banner links you to the Rewards section to collect your points. You claim in one place, not on the task itself.
{% endhint %}

For the full walkthrough of the tab, the categories, and how claiming works, see the [Tasks and quests](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/tasks-and-quests) guide.

### Points, rank, and Airdrop score

The **Rewards** section is where your progress adds up.

* **Points.** Claimable points collect on the Rewards section, where you press **Claim points** to bank them. Points are not money and cannot be withdrawn. They raise your rank and count toward your Airdrop score and any future community airdrops.
* **Rank.** Your points move you up a rank ladder that runs through five tiers, Bronze to Champion. A higher rank carries a larger Allocation Boost, which increases the weighting of your platform contributions in any future, discretionary ZeroTick token distribution. Your rank never changes your trading fees.
* **Airdrop score.** This combines your in-app points with your Discord activity, and shows where you stand among all participants.

{% hint style="info" %}
Any future token distribution is discretionary, from a fixed pool divided by weighting, and only if and when one happens. No airdrop, allocation, or amount is promised or guaranteed. Rank affects contribution weighting only, never trading fees. The full rank and Allocation Boost breakdown is on the [Trader Program](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/trader-program) page.
{% endhint %}

### Reward balances

Alongside points, the Rewards section tracks reward balances that build up from your activity. Each one has its own card.

| Balance | What it comes from |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Trading Rebate** | Cashback tied to your own trading fees. |
| **Referral Fees** | Your share of the trading fees paid by people you referred. |
| **Copy Trade** | Your share of performance fees from traders who copy you. |

{% hint style="info" %}
These balances are tracked from your activity now, but reward payouts are not live yet, and no amount, payout, or timing is promised. Referral Fees are among the payouts planned to go live; the Trading Rebate (cashback) depends on the ZTCK token and will not be live. You cannot convert or withdraw these balances today.
{% endhint %}

Referral rewards come in two forms: points from the referral tasks, and a share of your referrals' trading fees in the Referral Fees balance. See the [Referrals](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/referrals) guide to find and share your link, and [Claiming](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/claiming) for where each reward is collected. Your creator earnings from tokens you launch are separate from these balances: the launchpad pays your share on-chain to your wallet, so it is not tracked or claimed as a ZeroTick balance here. For the creator side in full, see the [Creator Program](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/creator-program) page.

### Competition and leaderboard

The **Competition** section is where trading competitions run. Each competition shows your stats, the prize pool, the prize tiers, and a rankings table that refreshes on its own. When no competition is running, the section shows a "Competitions coming soon" state.

The **Leaderboard** section ranks users by total points, with a breakdown by category, the top positions highlighted, and a jump to your own row.

### Good to know

<details>

<summary>Do rewards change my trading fees?</summary>

No. Your rank and Airdrop score affect your standing and your weighting in any future token distribution, never the fee you pay to trade. Fees are shown in the breakdown before you confirm a trade.

</details>

<details>

<summary>When can I claim my reward balances?</summary>

Points are claimable now, from the Rewards section. The USDC reward balances (Trading Rebate, Referral Fees, Creator Rewards, and Copy Trade) are not payable yet, and no amount, payout, or timing is promised. Referral Fees and Creator Rewards are among the payouts planned to go live; the Trading Rebate (cashback) depends on the ZTCK token and will not be live.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do I need to hold a token to earn rewards?</summary>

No. Points, rank, and the reward balances above are earned through your activity on the platform, such as completing tasks, trading, launching, and referring.

</details>

Rewards are discretionary loyalty benefits. Nothing here is financial advice, a share of protocol revenue, or a promise of tokens or returns. See the [Risk & Legal Disclaimer](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/risk-and-legal-disclaimer) for the full terms.
