# Supported Chains

ZeroTick works across several blockchains, and more are planned over time. This page shows which chains you can trade and hold assets on, which ones you can launch a token on, and how trading works when your assets and the token sit on different chains.

### What each chain supports

Two activities decide what a chain is for: trading, which covers buying, selling, holding, and sending tokens, and launching a new token. Every chain below supports trading. A smaller set also supports launching a token today.

Trading and launching are different things. Every chain in the table lets you deposit, hold, send, and trade tokens. Launching a new token is available on Solana, Ethereum, Base, and Monad for now, and the other chains are for trading only. A token still launches on a single chain, and buyers on other supported chains can buy it, because ZeroTick converts their asset for them.

Sui is planned for a later release. It is not available yet for trading, holding, or launching, and it does not appear anywhere in the app. This page updates when it goes live.

### Trading across chains

You are never limited to the chain your assets sit on. When a token lives on one chain and you hold assets on another, you can still buy it. ZeroTick converts your asset and completes the trade for you, so you never need a separate tool or an outside site.

Moving value between chains on its own works the same way, as a cross-chain swap: you send an asset on one chain and receive an asset on another, all from your wallet.
