### General

<details>

<summary>What is ZeroTick?</summary>

ZeroTick is a cross-chain platform for discovering, launching, and trading tokens from one interface and one non-custodial wallet. The current release, V0, powers launches with professionally audited third-party bonding-curve providers, so you can ship without waiting on custom-contract audits. See [Welcome to ZeroTick](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/welcome-to-zerotick).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Which chains can I use?</summary>

You can trade and deposit across eight chains, and launch a token on four of them.

| Action            | Chains                                                          |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Trade and deposit | Solana, Ethereum, Base, BSC, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Monad |
| Launch a token | Solana, Ethereum, Base, Monad |

Sui is planned for a later release and is not available yet for trading, holding, or launching. For the full breakdown, see [Supported chains](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/marketplace/supported-chains).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is ZeroTick free to use?</summary>

Creating an account, setting up your wallet, and browsing the Marketplace are free. Launching a token is free to create, and you pay only network gas to deploy. Trades carry a platform fee, always shown in the fee breakdown before you confirm. See [Fees & Pricing](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/fees-and-pricing).

### Account and wallet

<details>

<summary>How do I create an account?</summary>

Sign up with your email, or continue with Google, X, or Discord. You do not need an existing crypto wallet, a browser extension, or a seed phrase. ZeroTick creates a non-custodial wallet for you in the background as you sign up. See [Create your account](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/getting-started/create-your-account).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is my wallet safe, and who controls my funds?</summary>

You do. Your wallet is a non-custodial Openfort embedded MPC wallet: the private key is split into separate shares held on separate systems, so no single party, not ZeroTick and not Openfort, ever holds your complete key. ZeroTick cannot move, freeze, or recover your funds, and only you can authorize a transfer. See [Set up your wallet](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/getting-started/set-up-your-wallet).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What addresses does my wallet give me?</summary>

Two: one EVM address that works on every EVM chain, and one Solana address. The same `0x` address receives funds on Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, and Monad, so a deposit lands in the same wallet whichever of those chains it is sent on. Send Solana assets only to your Solana address.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What if I lose my wallet password?</summary>

A wallet password applies to email sign-ups; social sign-ups (Google, X, Discord) are passwordless and have none. If your wallet uses one, it cannot be reset. ZeroTick does not store it and cannot recover it, and it is required to export a private key or open your recovery kit. Write it down and store it safely. Your recovery kit still restores your funds in any compatible wallet, independent of that password. See [Security & Backup](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/getting-started/security-and-backup).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I export my private keys?</summary>

Yes. Open **Account & Security**, then **Wallet & Security**, and choose **Export Private Key** to reveal and copy a key. ZeroTick asks you to confirm your identity and acknowledge a warning first. For a complete backup of every key at once, download your **Recovery Kit** from the same panel. See [Security & Backup](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/getting-started/security-and-backup).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What happens if I lose access to my device?</summary>

You have two independent ways back to your funds. Log back in with the same method you signed up with, and your EVM and Solana wallets restore automatically through Openfort, with the same addresses and balances. Or import your recovery kit's private keys into any compatible wallet, such as MetaMask for your EVM chains or Phantom for Solana. ZeroTick embedded wallets do not use a seed phrase, so you back up with private keys rather than a twelve-word phrase. See [Security & Backup](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/getting-started/security-and-backup).

### Trading

<details>

<summary>How do I buy a token?</summary>

Find the token in the [Marketplace](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/marketplace) or through search, open its trade page, enter an amount in the Buy panel, and approve the trade once. Fees are shown before you confirm. See [Trading](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/trading) and the [Placing a trade](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/placing-a-trade) guide.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is there an order book?</summary>

No. Listed tokens trade on a bonding curve or a DEX pool, not a central order book, so the trade page shows a live **Trades** feed rather than bids and asks. A limit order is held and monitored for you until the market reaches your target, then it fills automatically. See [Market & Limit Orders](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/trading/market-and-limit-orders).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is cross-chain trading?</summary>

You hold one wallet with an address on every supported chain, so you can pay with an asset on one chain to buy a token that lives on another. There is no separate quote to accept: you enter an amount, approve the trade once, and ZeroTick converts your asset and delivers the token to your wallet on the token's chain. Progress shows in plain language, **Trade submitted** then **Trade complete**. See [Cross-chain trading](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/trading/cross-chain-trading).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What are execution presets?</summary>

Each order carries the settings of your active preset: priority fee, tip, slippage tolerance, and MEV protection, saved separately for buys and sells. **P1**, **P2**, and **P3** hold your own combinations, which you edit from the gear icon. A fourth preset, **Fast**, is a one-click fastest-fill option that accepts wide slippage and turns MEV protection off for volatile launches, so use it only when you need it. See [Execution presets](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/execution-presets).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I set stop loss and take profit?</summary>

Yes, on every trade. Set them before you trade from the **Advanced trading strategy** section above the trade button. Instead of a fixed trigger price, each level uses two fields: **% change from entry** (how far the price must move) and **% position to sell** (how much closes when it does). You can stack several levels and drag each one as a line on the chart, and ZeroTick monitors the levels and closes those portions automatically. See [Market & Limit Orders](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/trading/market-and-limit-orders).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is copy trading?</summary>

You can copy another trader's buys and sells automatically. Copies run from a dedicated copy wallet you fund and can withdraw from at any time, never your main wallet, and stay within the per-trade, daily, and total-budget limits you set. Sells are mirrored, and Smart Copy screens each token first and skips ones it flags as risky. A performance fee applies only when a copied position closes in profit, so no profit means no fee. The exact fee and the share that goes to the trader you copy are shown before you start and in [Fees & Pricing](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/fees-and-pricing).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is copy trading safe?</summary>

Copies execute from a separate copy wallet you fund, not your main wallet, and copied tokens run through a best-effort security screen. Copy trading still carries full trading risk: a screen can miss threats, copied trades can fill at different prices than the trader's, and a trader's past results do not guarantee future ones. ZeroTick does not vet or endorse the traders you can copy. Read the [Risk & Legal Disclaimer](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/risk-and-legal-disclaimer) before you trade.

### Token launch

<details>

<summary>Can I launch a token on ZeroTick?</summary>

Yes. Anyone can launch a token, and creating it is free (you pay only network gas to deploy). The launch runs through a three-step wizard: read how launching works and accept the terms, configure your token, then review and deploy. In V0 you can launch on Solana, Ethereum, Base, or Monad. See [Token launch](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/token-launch) and the [Launch a token](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/launch-a-token) guide.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What protections exist for launches?</summary>

V0 launches use professionally audited third-party bonding-curve providers, and they operate like any standard bonding curve, open to all participants with no transaction-level safeguards. ZeroTick's own protection suite is not active in V0. It arrives across later releases: V1 adds anti-bot, anti-whale, anti-insider, and buy and sell limits, and V2 adds anti-MEV, bundle protection, and execution ordering. See [V0: Launch & Trade](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/v0-launch-and-trade).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do creators earn from their pool?</summary>

Yes. When you launch a token, your wallet is set as the beneficiary of the launchpad's own creator-fee mechanism, so you earn a share of your token's trading fees. This is paid on-chain by the launchpad, not by ZeroTick, and when it applies depends on the launchpad: for some it is during the bonding-curve phase, and for others (such as Doppler on Ethereum and Base) it is the graduated-pool fees after your token moves to a DEX. For the details, see the [Creator Program](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/creator-program) and [Fees & Pricing](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/fees-and-pricing).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do I keep earning after my token graduates to a DEX?</summary>

It depends on the launchpad your token launched with. Some launchpads pay the creator share from the graduated pool, so you keep earning from your token's trading after it moves to a DEX (this is how Doppler on Ethereum and Base works); others tie the creator share to the bonding-curve phase. Either way the reward is paid on-chain by the launchpad, not by ZeroTick. See the [Creator Program](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/creator-program) for how each launchpad handles it.

### Rewards and referrals

<details>

<summary>How do I earn rewards?</summary>

Complete tasks and quests on the Rewards page. They span onboarding, trading, launchpad, referrals, social, and tracking, and each one you finish adds points. Points are claimable now, and they raise your rank and feed your Airdrop score. See [Rewards & Quests](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/rewards-and-quests).

</details>

<details>

<summary>When can I claim what I earn?</summary>

Points are claimable now. The USDC reward balances that ZeroTick tracks for you (Trading Rebate, Referral Fees, and Copy Trade) are tracked from your activity but are not payable yet, and no amount, payout, or timing is promised. Referral Fees are among the payouts planned to go live; the Trading Rebate (cashback) depends on the ZTCK token and will not be live. Your creator fee share works differently: it is paid on-chain by the launchpad your token used, not from a ZeroTick balance. See [Rewards & Programs](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Does a higher rank lower my trading fees?</summary>

No. Your rank never affects your trading fees. Rank carries an Allocation Boost that increases the weighting of your platform contributions in any future, discretionary ZeroTick token distribution, if and when one occurs. Any such distribution would be drawn from a fixed pool divided by weighting, so no airdrop, allocation, or token amount is promised or guaranteed. See the [Trader Program](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/trader-program).

</details>

<details>

<summary>How does the referral program work?</summary>

Share your referral link, and you are attributed a share of the ZeroTick trading fees paid by people you invite, across three layers of your network. Commission is tracked automatically as your network trades, with no cap. Referral payouts are planned to go live; nothing pays out yet, and no amount or timing is promised. See the [Referral Program](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/referral-program).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is Loyalty Cashback?</summary>

Loyalty Cashback is a planned benefit for ZTCK token holders who actively trade: it returns part of the trading fees you pay in USDC and is the only program that lowers your net trading cost. Your rank does not. Because it depends on holding ZTCK, it becomes available when the ZTCK token launches, and it is not active yet. For the tiers, see the [Trader Program](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/rewards-and-programs/trader-program) and [ZTCK Token & Tokenomics](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/ztck-token-and-tokenomics).

### ZTCK token

<details>

<summary>What is ZTCK?</summary>

ZTCK is ZeroTick's native utility token. Its role is to access and enhance platform services: it boosts trader loyalty rewards and unlocks premium features as they become available. ZTCK is not a security, not a dividend token, and not a claim on ZeroTick's profits or revenues. See [ZTCK Token & Tokenomics](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/ztck-token-and-tokenomics).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is ZTCK live?</summary>

No. The ZTCK token is not yet live. The launch will be announced exclusively through official ZeroTick channels. If anyone claims ZTCK is already available to buy, it is not true, and you should not send funds to anyone claiming to sell it. See [ZTCK Token & Tokenomics](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/ztck-token-and-tokenomics).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is the total supply of ZTCK?</summary>

1,000,000,000 ZTCK (1 billion), a fixed cap with no planned inflation beyond it. Only a portion of that supply is circulating at the token generation event, with the rest released on the published vesting schedule. For the allocation and unlock breakdown, see [ZTCK Token & Tokenomics](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/ztck-token-and-tokenomics).
