# Fees & Pricing

ZeroTick keeps pricing simple: a single platform fee on each trade, no platform fee on withdrawals, and one benefit that can lower your net trading cost. Every fee that applies is itemized in the breakdown on your confirmation screen before you submit.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Check the fee breakdown on the confirmation screen before you confirm any trade, launch, or transfer. Fees are set by the platform and can change, so the breakdown you see at the moment of confirming is always the source of truth.
{% endhint %}

### Trading fees

ZeroTick charges one platform fee per trade. The rate depends on where the token is trading: on a ZeroTick bonding curve during its launch phase, or on a third-party exchange after it has graduated.

| Trade type                                                      | V0 fee                      | V1+ fee                     |
| --------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------- | --------------------------- |
| Bonding curve trades (tokens in their launch phase on ZeroTick) | 1.25% per trade | 1.75% per trade |
| DEX trades (tokens on a third-party exchange after graduation) | \~1% per trade (indicative) | \~1% per trade (indicative) |

{% hint style="info" %}
These are ZeroTick platform fees. The bonding curve provider (for example Meteora or Doppler) and any third-party exchange charge their own protocol fees on top. All of them appear in your fee breakdown before you confirm.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
The post-graduation DEX-trade rate shown here is indicative while the final post-graduation fee is being confirmed. The fee breakdown on the confirmation screen is always the authoritative figure for any trade.
{% endhint %}

V0 uses a lower promotional bonding curve rate. When V1 ships with the full protection suite, the bonding curve rate moves to 1.75%. Your Rewards rank never changes the fee you pay (see below).

<details>

<summary>How the platform fee is charged</summary>

ZeroTick applies its fee in the same transaction as your trade, so there is never a separate charge to approve. On Solana the fee is built into the Meteora bonding curve rate and split on-chain. On Ethereum, Base, BSC, and Monad it is taken alongside the swap. Either way, the amount is shown in your fee breakdown before you confirm.

</details>

### Reducing your net trading cost

Only one thing lowers the net fee you pay: the Trading Rebate for ZTCK token holders. Your Rewards rank does not.

#### Trading Rebate for ZTCK holders

The Trading Rebate is a benefit for people who hold ZTCK and trade. Over each 30-day cycle it returns a percentage of the trading fees you paid as USDC, based on your average ZTCK holdings. It is cashback on your own fees, not passive yield or a share of platform revenue.

| Average ZTCK held (30-day) | Rebate on fees paid |
| -------------------------- | ------------------- |
| Below 25,000 ZTCK          | None                |
| 25,000 ZTCK or more        | 5% back             |
| 50,000 ZTCK or more        | 10% back            |
| 100,000 ZTCK or more       | 20% back            |
| 250,000 ZTCK or more       | 30% back            |
| 500,000 ZTCK or more       | 40% back            |

Your rebate tier is set by your average ZTCK holdings alone. The rebate percentage is then applied to the fees you actually paid during the cycle.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Trading Rebate is tracked now but is not payable. It depends on the ZTCK token, so it will not be live until ZTCK exists. Holdings read as zero until then, so no tier is active yet, and no amount or payout is promised.
{% endhint %}

<details>

<summary>Worked example</summary>

Say you hold 500,000 or more ZTCK, which puts you in the top rebate tier at 40%. On $100,000 of bonding curve volume over a 30-day cycle at the V0 rate:

1. Fees paid: $100,000 x 1.25% = $1,250
2. 40% rebate: $1,250 x 40% = $500 back
3. Net cost: $750, an effective 0.75%

The rebate applies to the fees you paid, whichever trades they came from. Your Rewards rank does not change any of these figures.

</details>

#### Your rank does not change your fees

Your Rewards rank, earned by completing tasks and quests, never changes your trading fees. It sets a separate Airdrop Allocation Boost: a weighting on your platform contributions in any future, discretionary ZTCK distribution. Any such distribution would draw from a fixed pool divided by weighting, so no airdrop, allocation, or token amount is promised or guaranteed.

| Rank tier | Allocation Boost | Contribution weighting |
| --------- | ---------------- | ---------------------- |
| Novice    | +0%              | 1.0x                   |
| Bronze    | +25%             | 1.25x                  |
| Silver    | +50%             | 1.5x                   |
| Gold      | +100%            | 2.0x                   |
| Elite     | +150%            | 2.5x                   |
| Champion  | +200%            | 3.0x                   |

### Token launch fees

Launching a token on ZeroTick is free to create. You pay the standard trading fee once trading begins, plus a provider graduation fee if and when the token graduates.

| Fee                   | Amount               | When it applies                                    |
| --------------------- | -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| Launch creation | Free | Creating and deploying the token |
| Bonding curve trading | 1.25% per trade (V0) | While the token trades on its bonding curve |
| Graduation fee        | Provider-dependent   | When the token graduates to a third-party exchange |
| Network gas | Varies by chain | At launch and on-chain actions |

{% hint style="info" %}
The graduation fee is charged by the bonding curve provider, not by ZeroTick. On Solana, for example, Meteora applies a 3% migration fee at graduation. Other providers, such as Doppler on Ethereum, Base, and Monad, handle graduation differently. The exact figure is shown before you launch.
{% endhint %}

#### Creator rewards

As a token creator, you can earn up to 40% of the trading fees generated by your token during its bonding curve phase, as compensation for launching and building a community. In V0 this reward is paid directly by the launch provider's own creator program (for example Meteora's creator fee share, nad.fun's creator vault, or the Doppler creator beneficiary), not through a separate ZeroTick payout.

### Copy trading fees

Copied trades pay the same per-trade platform fee as manual trades. On top of that, copy trading adds a performance fee, plus optional transfer fees if you move funds in and out of a dedicated copy wallet.

| Fee                           | Amount                                   | When it applies                                                             |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Performance fee | 15% of realized profit (current default) | Only when a copied position closes in profit. No profit, no fee. |
| Copy wallet fund-in or return | 0% (current default, capped at 2%) | Only if you move funds between your main wallet and a dedicated copy wallet |

The performance fee is split between the trader you copied and ZeroTick, currently half each.

{% hint style="info" %}
Copy trading rates are loaded live and can change. The current performance fee, the split, and any transfer fee always appear in your copy trading settings before you enable copying, so the numbers you see there are the ones that apply.
{% endhint %}

### Withdrawal fees

ZeroTick does not charge a platform fee to withdraw. You pay only the network gas for the chain you are withdrawing on, plus a small embedded-wallet service cost.

| Fee            | Amount                        |
| -------------- | ----------------------------- |
| Platform fee   | $0 (free)                     |
| Network gas | You pay (varies by chain) |
| Infrastructure | About $0.0025 per transaction |

### Network and infrastructure fees

Some costs come from the networks and services ZeroTick runs on, not from ZeroTick's platform fee. They are always shown separately in your quote:

* **Network gas:** varies by chain and network conditions.
* **Infrastructure:** a small per-transaction cost for the embedded wallet service, about $0.0025.
* **Cross-chain trades:** a cross-chain trade includes the third-party network cost plus any applicable ZeroTick cross-chain fee, both shown in your quote before you confirm.

### Third-party and provider fees

When you trade through ZeroTick, your order may be filled on an external exchange or by a market maker, and a token on a bonding curve trades through its provider, such as Meteora, Doppler, or nad.fun. Those venues charge their own fees, separate from ZeroTick's platform fee. Every one that applies is itemized in the fee breakdown on your confirmation screen before you submit.

Rebates and rewards are discretionary loyalty benefits, not a share of platform revenue or a promise of tokens or returns. Every fee is shown transparently before you confirm any action.
