# Marketplace tour

The Marketplace is where you browse tokens to trade across every supported chain. This tour covers the three columns, what each one tells you about a token's life, and how to move around the page. To go straight to a token you already know, by name, symbol, or contract address, use [search](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/search).

{% hint style="info" %}
You can browse the Marketplace without signing in. Signing in lets you add tokens to your watchlist with the star on each card.
{% endhint %}

### The three columns

Every token sits in one of three columns, based on how far along its bonding curve is: **New launch**, **Bonding soon**, and **Migrated**. The columns run left to right, in the order a token moves through them.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### New launch

The newest end of the market. These tokens just went live and their bonding curve is in its early stages.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Bonding soon

The bonding curve is filling up. These tokens are trading actively and getting close to graduating to a decentralized exchange.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Migrated

The token has finished its bonding curve and graduated to a decentralized exchange, where it trades on the open market.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="info" %}
A token is not tied to one column. Its column is decided by its bonding-curve progress, so the same token can appear under a different heading later as that progress changes.
{% endhint %}

Each token appears as a project card with its key numbers. To learn what every stat, ring, and badge on a card means, see [Reading a project card](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/project-cards-explained). For the full bonding-curve lifecycle, see the [Marketplace](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/marketplace) overview.

### Moving around the Marketplace

#### Each column scrolls and loads more

Each column scrolls on its own. Scrolling through **Migrated** does not move **New launch** or **Bonding soon**, so you can explore one stage while the others stay in place. As you near the bottom of a column, it loads more tokens on its own, so you can keep scrolling without a page change.

#### Filter one column at a time

At the top of each column, next to its name, is a filter icon. Select it to open the **Filters** panel for that column. A small count on the icon shows how many filters are active. Filters you set on one column do not affect the other two. See [Column filters](https://zerotick-trade.gitbook.io/documentation.v1.1/user-guides/filters) for every option and how they save to the page address.

#### Stay on the Live view

Next to the **Marketplace** title, the **Live** pill marks the view you are on: tokens trading right now. The list keeps itself current, refreshing about every 30 seconds. Prices, volume, market cap, and bonding progress update in place.

{% hint style="info" %}
Updates happen in the background. Your scroll position and the cards you are reading stay where they are, so a refresh never pulls the page out from under you.
{% endhint %}

<details>

<summary>Why did a token change columns?</summary>

Columns are decided by each token's bonding-curve progress, so a token moves between them as that progress changes. Once a token has graduated to a decentralized exchange, it stays in **Migrated**.

</details>

<details>

<summary>A column looks empty</summary>

If no tokens match a column right now, it shows "No projects available". Check whether you have filters applied to that column and clear them from the filter icon if so. The column fills again as tokens reach that stage or as you widen your filters.
