Deposit & Withdraw
Moving funds in and out of your ZeroTick wallet is straightforward. Deposits are free (you only pay network gas). Withdrawals carry no platform fee, just the standard network gas and a small infrastructure cost.

How to Deposit
Click the Deposit button in the navbar
Select the chain you want to deposit on (currently Solana, Ethereum, BSC, Sui, or Monad)
Your wallet address for that chain is displayed along with a QR code
Copy the address or scan the QR code
Send funds from any external wallet or exchange to the displayed address
Your balance updates automatically after the transaction confirms on-chain.
Always verify you are sending to the correct chain. Sending ETH to a Solana address (or vice versa) will result in lost funds. The deposit modal clearly displays which chain you are depositing to.
Withdraw
How to Withdraw
Open the Withdraw modal from the portfolio or wallet page
Select the source wallet and chain
Select the asset to withdraw
Enter the amount
Enter the destination address (or select from saved addresses)
Review the fee breakdown (network gas + infrastructure fee)
Confirm the withdrawal

ZeroTick does not charge any platform fee for withdrawals.
External Withdrawal Wallets
Save frequently used destination addresses for faster withdrawals:
Add a new external wallet with a label, chain, and address
Select saved addresses during the withdrawal flow
Remove addresses you no longer need
Saved addresses are stored in your account and available on any device you log into.
